The staff at the Columbus La-Z-Boy is adept in the art of lying to it's customers. The online Customer Care section is a useless tool which only furthers La-Z-Boy indifference.
I even called the VP of Branded Upholstery in Michigan, Mark Bacon, but he is too cowardly to return my call.
Apparently, La-Z-Boy's culture, which denies the possibility they could make a mistake, begins at the top.

My wife and I had the opportunity to work with Allie O'Neil in our quest for new furniture for our great room. She was GREAT-\-\very helpful and even stayed late to answer questions, help us narrow down options and make fabric selections. We'd have made the purchase if La-Z-Boy had the right combination of fabrics for our farmhouse styled home. Thanks Allie for going above and beyond!
