The bathroom was not cleaned properly. Will not stay there again. The prices they charge, the rooms should be spotless
Stayed one night. Room was clean and comfortable. Pleased to have a decent chair for the desk AND a real recliner. Pillows were a bit too hard for me but that's personal taste. Receptionist was friendly. Good location for getting back on highways. Breakfast was fine.
Hotel under renovations so pool closed but not a concern for us as it was only a layover. The beds were comfy, room was clean. Couldn't hear the freeway or planes landing nearby. Hotel was pretty quiet. No issue with having a pet. No additional pet fee. Only complaint was the heater couldn't be adjusted down. It was 81 degrees...
Definitely would return for vacation to Virginia Beach or exploring more of Norfolk.Hampton Roads. Very convenient for my business needs. It was very close to highway access, restaurants ,and shopping.
There are many similar competitors in the Norfolk airport market. La Quinta offers easy cancellation, and competes with the others on service and facilities, but failure to keep the hot tub operational suggests other alternatives might be better.
