Took my 2015 Honda Accord to have the windows tinted. Note only had the car for a couple weeks. Only has 900 miles on it. Never washed and went to pick up today 4/4/15 and the trunk lid was all scratched up. Deep scratches were paint is missing. Brian the owner said he was insulted how i could accuse him of this. Very unprofessional and will be having a new car with only 900 miles repainted. Will be filing a complaint if owner does not repay damages. Owner would not provide last name but found online. I was given the run around about my van for 3wks it was kept and not fixed. I was given the run around as to who is the owner brain or tom. They left my window down in the rain for few days and van smells spoiled, was promised free detail that I never received . They even had the ordacity to tell me my key wouldn’t work because it needed a chip in it yet when I told him it didn’t come with one I watched his crocked self take a fuse from a truck he had parked in the back and put in my van and surprisingly to him it started up (that was a set up from tom). When I told him I was going to take my van he had (tom) the nerve to loose my keys at his house. I am suing them because of what I had to go threw for 3wks and 2 days to get my van back and fixed , and my van is still making the same noise as it was when I bought it to them.
