BEWARE:Kuser village paints a pretty picture on the outside. Always ask them to show you the apartment you are getting, because chances are there's something wrong with it. Every apartment is old and you can hear everything your neighbor does - cough,talk,walk,snore etc. Kuser village is a smoke friendly apartment complex. I am a current tenant at kuser village apartments, I love living here. The area is safe and quiet. The complex grounds are neat and clean, always well maintained. The staff is friendly and professional. Maintenance is always prompt and ready to help with any needs that arise. I recommend this complex to anyone looking for a new place to live.

Our apartment was fully updated with a nice screened in porch new windows. Maintenance staff was great at quickly fixing problems and Angela at the office is a delight to deal with.

I currently live in a one bedroom apartment at Kuser Village. This apartment complex is great for anyone that no longer wants to make a long commute to a Trenton job.
