Our family loves this Kroger. We've had great experiences and their prices are extremely competitive with Wal-Mart (where we shop at night for groceries).

Poor customer service and long long waits. If, after dropping off a prescription, the drug is not available at this store, no one will contact you. You will continue to revisit to get ever-changing promises. Ironically, if you let a filled prescription sit on their shelf for more than 24 hours, a robotic caller will nag you for days.

If you really need assistance just go to the store since getting through on the phone is ridiculous. The phone number provided is for the pharmacy. The pharmacy staff is very rude and will not transfer the call. I would never tell anyone that they should there.
