They absolutely do not like to diagnosis!! If you take it in with a noise they will drive it around and tell you they don't hear anything. I am currently fixing everything they messed up. I just had my brakes redone for the second time, within a 5 month period, because they never checked the rear brakes and it messed up the work that was done on the front brakes. I have been to so many places for my 2002 Chev Impala and no one has been as effecient as Kramers. Meineke has been my car care place but it always seems that there is more problems that I have to come back and they are not around the corner. i believe that they do great work but they over charge a lot. also they are not ver quick with their sevices on
