I don't think I've ever experienced anything quite like this. Today I show up at the 8am for my appointment and the door is locked and miss one answered the phone.

I called another kramer and he was able to get me over to tread quarters. So I'm happy with the end result but as fast as this location. I will never go back

Bad service they try charged some thing you really no need.the price is too expense it is about three time as much in comparison to other places.be careful whit it places in 6628 providence rd, virginia beach.kramer tire.

Went to have my tire plugged due to a nail. They wouldn't plug it, only patch it which cost double. After waiting for close to two hours I went out and noticed that the rim was all scratched up from the machine they used to take the tire off. The technician argued with me that he didn't do it. The manager came out and agreed that the machine did it, but now I'm in limbo trying to get it...

Horrible! "Brian" confirmed my tires and appointment. I show up next day they don't have the tires i want. Now i have to "settle". Thanks alot Brian waste of my time. You should NEVER confirm...

Your costumer service is horrible. The guy at the service desk wad rude, I need 4 new tires but I turned around and walked right back out. Take my business any place else.
