My husband and I moved into Korman 2 years ago. We wanted to move out of Center City but still be near my grad school and his job in the city. Korman was a good fit for that. We love that they keep the apartment complex very clean outside. A landscaping crew comes periodically to tend to things. The maintenance workers are very nice. Thank goodness for the 30 Day Guarantee...We left after 3 weeks... In the beginning, we tried to make the best of the situation but we simply could not take it anymore. The staff was not up front...
