Was a horrible experience and I was lied to. I will not deal with them ever again. Changed rate several times after saying it was the lowest the could do!!!

Shoutout to salesman Ryan for an excellent job placing my wife and I in our Jeep. He was patient, knowledgeable and very courteous. He didn't attempt to pressure us into any vehicle. I would definitely buy from Koons White Marsh again. I brought a car from Koons Annapolis years ago which was great but this was even better.

The car buying experience is good. The dealers definitely keep a very good relationship with the customers. I have bought 3 new vehicles in the last 10 years and am always very pleased.
I cant speak highly enough of the service dept either. Always go above and beyond to make sure we are happy. I will always have my vehicles serviced here.
