If you're going to the Takoma Park location, expect to wait at least an hour after your appointment time before being called back. Then expect to wait some more. My son's appointment was at 9:45. However, we arrived 15 minutes early per their request. He did not get seen until 11:00.

I've never in a dentist office for so long. I went there twice and both times I have to wait 1.5 hrs. This is not to see the doctor just for the hygienist. They overbooked, you have to wait at least an hour. Ten people arrived at the same time when I came. There are not enough rooms for patients to be seen.
