Not at all happy with this place and they do things that are not even necessary to your children because Medicaid will pay it. Watch these people, and ask questions, dont just go on what the dentist says. My grandson went every 6 months to the dentist then on a visit all of a sudden his tooth is so bad he needs a crown. I dont think so. That would have been caught in the visit prior. Whack, I will never let my grandson go back. Oh, and that straight jacket thing they have to keep the kids still, that will really mess your kid up in many ways, one making them fear the dentist. Customer service is whack from the front desk to the actual dentist, smh. awful you only get 1 star becasue its making me rate you with one, otherwise you would get none!
I won't go back. They Wouldnt let go with her cause I had my baby. And had to wait 45 mins to get in.
Our son suffers from anxiety so it is hard to find a dentist that can handle him. Went to Kool Smiles for the first time and Adriana and Dr. Richardson were so gentle with him and made his dental experience wonderful. Thank you so much!
This Kool Smiles was great! I went in to have a regular cleaning and exam done. Adriana was my hygienist and she was so nice and helpful. She was able to educate me on my teeth and help answer my questions. Kaylin and Dr. Freeman did a wonderful job with the dental work on my 4 year old nephew. They both communicated with him and I during the process to keep us both calm. Keisa was personable and pleasant as always. She makes us feel welcome every time.
I went to Kool Smiles because my aunt Becky works there. I had a great experience. I was able to get my cleaning & some treatment completed on the same day. I was very please especially that I am autistic & everyone made me feel very welcome, which is not always the case. I worked with Keisa & Whitney. They are great!!
