Great service

Very friendly, efficient and professional. The technician took the time to answer all of my questions and didnt try to just sell me a new unit like the other companies that I tried (my unit is only 5 years old, I knew I didnt need a new unit). They took the time to find the problem, ordered the parts and came back out within a few days and finished the job. I am glad to recommend them to all of my neighbors and anyone else who will listen.

repair failed shortly after had a second company look at it who felt repairwork hadn't been done and were willing to talk to Kool Energy, Kool Energy declined twice but promised a partial refund which never came.

I had a great experience with Kool Energy. They arrived ontime and the technician took the time to expain the problem with my air conditioning unit. They quoted me a fair price, ordered the parts right away and came back out a few days later and finished the job before the weekend. This is one of the few companies who still know what "customer service" means. I'm very happy and will definitely...
