The scheduler & technicians were great.
I had an issue after the work was complete. My carpet had muddy boot prints on it so I took pictures and sent an email to the company explaining I had just had the carpet cleaned for $100 and asking how they wanted to handle it. This is a great, local, family owned business. I hired them to clean my dryer vent and install a new outside cover. The customer service was the best, and the technicians were knowledgeable, thorough and polite. Highly recommend
