I shopped at the Sussex Kohl's over Memorial Day weekend. It was very busy, and I could tell management and other associates were busy trying to accommodate customer requests while maintaining store cleanliness. We saw a sign saying $12.99 for Nike dri-fit shorts and we were trying to buy 3 pairs and once we rang them up it kept on telling us that they were $30 but on the sign it clearly said $12.99, so we brought the manager and she said that we couldn't get them for $12.99 when it did clearly say that they were. The manager was rude and said that for $90 dollars that we would them and a $50 Kohls...

Terrible experience with 3 separate clerks. No satisfaction from sending my experience to the corporate office, just the usual insincere "I'm sorry". Boston store, JCPenny's and Macey's here I come.
