Kohls Department Stores continues to send us junk mail advertising sales, credit cards and other goods/services even though we have requested repeatedly over the past two years to be removed from their mailing lists. Each time we contact them (via phone, email and personal store visits) they promise that we've been removed and after 12 weeks we should see no more junk. But the junk mailings...
csr's make more stupid decisions than any other persons. why? they are stupid !!! hell bent on trying to do a job they have no formal training for. they do not know what they are selling, are not knowledgeable about their service, and are not educated on retail, export or export laws.
My wife had a Kohl charge and when she lost her job due to being admitted to the hospital with Stage 4 cancer, I contacted Kolhs to set up a payment plan to insure the account was paid off. I agreed to pay $200 on July 11 and the balance on July 25th. I gave them our bank information to withdraw the $200 on the July 11. Someone in Kolhs customer service department in all thier infinite wisdom...
