I've never visited this location before. I was researching a few places to narrow down an option that will best suit my needs. After reading over not only the reviews but the responses from the actual Kneading Therapy company, I find the responses to be tacky and very unprofessional. Yes it is impossible to appease all customer's however there should always be a form of business etiquette used...

I had the same experience as kellyj - except I was the one with an expired gift card. I had to pay $20 to use the gift card and was told that it was needed to pay the bookkeeper extra money for having to redo tax forms or some other excuse - that is not my problem as a customer. She was rude as i came in to the appointment and tapped her pen at the "cash or check only for tips" when i asked her...

The owner needs to take some courses on customer service. I've heard her on the phone with a client who must've been calling about an expired certificate, and the owner would not honor it and was rude to the client, and then proceeded to make a comment to a couple of us in the waiting room how people need to pay attention to their expiration dates and etc. She was rude/very tough to the client...
