I used to work at Kmart over in Royal Palm Beach, Florida and they've treated there employees so unfair. Have us working without breaks but put in there books as if we have taken breaks. The manager dont do any thing but sit in the break room and eat all day.... The only time they  come out on the floor to do something is when they hear about the regonal or distant Managers comming in and that...

I like this Kmart because of the shoe dept. The customer service is ok. Lots of items are always on sale. Not to disorganized but could pay more attention to customer needs.
