STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!! K&J Mechanical deserves negative 5 stars!!! I was referred to this company from 2-10 Homebuyers Warranty. My AC went out on 8/13/16, in the middle a heat wave. K&J took a few days to even come out to assess the situation. They then took forever to provide 2-10 with the necessary information need to order a new part to fix my AC. A month later, I still have no AC. Thomas McLaurin is the service manager and is supposed to answer the phone. He does not answer the phone or respond to email. Thomas got really nasty with me on the phone when I did finally speak with him. I felt disrespected not only as a customer, but as a woman! Due to Thomas' incompetence of how to be a manager and lack of communication skills, we could no longer work together on this issue. If you're looking for HVAC help or if you homebuyers warranty refers you to K&J RUN!!!! DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR BUSINESS!!!
