If you are looking for a "parking spot" with full hook ups within 50 yards of the beach it's perfect. If you are looking for any thing more this may not be your place. Service and price were fine.
We stay here year round and have for the past few years. Unfortunatly this will be our last year due to the cost. It is kinda expensive for the year, we believe it is much better to tow down and pay as you stay, for this was not as much of an option when we first came here. We liked it because it was real close to the ocean. We had a great camp site. We could open our rv window at night and hear the ocean. They didn't mind that we had a dog, and we were allowed to walk the dog on the beach. There was nothing that we did not like.
We were there the weekend Hurricane Noel blew through in November...we had a blast...literally!!! The manager was very helpful...wasn't even concerned about getting paid as we didn't until we were ready to leave due to the storm. We were beach front for the "blow" with app 60 mph winds......it was beautiful!!!! The weather cleared on Sat/Sun and we had a great time on the OBX. Will definitely...
