We were looking to have an Oki Data 420 replaced under warranty. The Technician Craig Reahl is a complete and total fool. He is unprofessional and wasted WEEKS of time only to "go off" on me, the customer in an email. I work for a global company, and I can tell you this company is crap.

got the machine from them and they assured me I will be happy with what I got.. after needless time spent on dealing with this. The Techican they sent over had said that IT IS NOT THE MACHINE that I am looking for ...

They refused to give me refund, refused to pick the product up. even though its not even a full week ...

They definitely do NOT know their machines at all, The technician that they sent over said somethings that definitely contrasts thier own sales team comments

so DO NOT BUY FROM KITTINGER BUSINESS MACHINE!
