I worked with Star Chen to redo my my kitchen. Star was excellent to work with and very professional. She truly listened to all my must haves and created design solutions for everything. The installers, electricians, drywall guys, plumbers, etc. were prompt and professional. My kitchen turned out beautiful and we are very happy with it. I'll check back in a year or so with a follow-up post.
I've purchased a new kitchen in Oct 2010. I was very happy at the time based on the price and quality that was promised.
As promised kitchen came after 90 days of the order placement.
My problem came after 2 years. I noticed some chipping on the sink base cabinet door. I was told that this may be due to condensation from the sink or dishwasher that was located next to the door. I don't have any leaks and barely use the dishwasher,
therefore I was surprised; I've had other kitchen cabinet doors for years and never noticed anything like that.
This is where the problem comes if you looking for replacement.
As I called the store, I was told to pay a deductible to get the door ordered (sounds good right). I was also told to sign a disclaimer that "Sale is final and Panda Kitchen can not be held liable if doors do not exactly match" - Really? The company
website states, "to reach 99.9% customer satisfaction"
Since the doors are manufactured in China, they came with little delay (took 5 months) and of course they were totally different shade.
So Beware, if your order comes and you have any dings or flaws on the doors, consider that you may have to wait another 3 months for replacement, then consider that they will be made at different
time and may be off color. You're basically stuck with what you got initially (at least from my experience).
The service person that came to look at my issue, took 2 pictures with his I-phone; there was no other attempt to try to match the cabinet door properly.
I do not recommend Panda Kitchen to Hampton Roads customers.
recently had a complete kitchen remodel. The staff was helpful, professional, courteous, and conscientious about my satisfaction. The showroom is spectacular and Jenna helped me make choices within my budget. Couldn't be more thrilled with final result and have received nothing but accolades from everyone who has seen the makeover. I highly recommend this company
Constant mistakes, lack of skills, communication and knowledge throughout the project.
