Total lack of communication, had to call multiple times to get someone to come out to the location. Then had no followup after as to whether parts were being ordered or when they would return.
Called multiple times, was promised they will show up but thy didn't. Called again, left messages and they still never called me back. I run a restaurant business and have been trying to contact them for 3 days in a row. I've called at least 5 times within this three days. They've picked up 2 times out of these five times and was told they will let me know as soon as possible but it never...
