WORST PLACE WE HAVE EVER LIVED!
The employees in front office are rude, disrespectful and discriminate against military. More than once we had them make horrible remarks to us and about the jobs my spouse has as well as ones my family has.
When they answer phones they act like they can't be bothered to help you, slow to get you the information that you need, and half the time they don't even have the answers.
The office continues to make new rules and enforce them at their convince, even if it means everyone in the complex has to change how they are living. To add to that, they won't post notice until the very last minute, and that's if you are lucky enough to get a notice. Office has been known to change rules without giving notice.
Parking is ALWAYS a problem if you have more than one vehicle, and forget if you are trying to have company over. People fight for the guest spots everyday. And Maintenance parks their cars in the guest spots and leaves them there all day, as well as surrounding complexes, and people who work in the area, so it lowers the available spots.
The grass may be cut regularly, but its not well kept. There are MANY apartments surrounded by dirt or dead grass because they do not take care of their land at all. Not to mention all the dog poop that people just leave laying around that no one bothers to pick up.
They rarely update you on if you have a package come to the office instead of your door.
Now once you actually get in the apartment... it's run down, smells old, and the patching they do on old holes etc is HORRIBLE. Looks nothing like the one they show you during the tour when you are coming to sign and move in. Cheap carpets that fall apart, loud pipes, and all around bad.
I would never recommend this place to anyone!!!!! I would recommend spending extra money any day of the week to live somewhere else even if it meant being in a worse location or smaller place just to avoid these problems.
All of these are reasons why we terminated our lease, and I would recommend you never sign one with this complex!!

From our complex you can get to tons of great restaurants and easy access to the interstate. The grounds are kept up nicely and the maintenance staff is friendly and take care of any issues quickly. Parking is a challenge, 1 assigned spot per apt, the open spots are very few and fill up quickly by early evening. All in all my wife and I have been happy over the last 3 years.
I have been living at the same addressed for over 12 years. I love the location right in the heart of Great Bridge, get restaurants close to shopping centers and the beach is only about 30 minutes away. The schools are outstanding could not ask for a better place to raise kids. Pool and tennis court and very pet friendly.
Very small bedrooms and kitchen, but plenty of storage. The price was not that much less than the 3 year old apartments that I ended up renting from. Therefore in my opinion it was over priced for what it offered.
We moved into Kingsbridge almost a year ago and are about to renew our lease for another year. We love these apartments, it's always clean and the maintenance people are really nice. I've heard horror stories about the people who work in the office, but they have always been very kind to me. We rented out the clubhouse for my daughters birthday and it was perfect. I would definintely reccomend...
Staff is rude , can't stand dealing with Donna I think that's her name(heavy set black hair & glasses) makes it seems like you are
bothering her,very impatient,and always rolling her eyes when asked a question. Not very welcoming for a potential resident ,
