This community is as good as you make it. There certainly aren't any frills, flash, or trace of character to it. Maintenance is lax and management is but just passable enough. It's generally quiet though, allows cats/dogs, and certainly in the right school district so for those reasons alone, $1200 a month for a "renovated" 2 bed/2bath apartment tucked on the waterfront AND pays for...

Very safe, reasonably priced, kid friendly environment with the feel of a townhome. The staff is helpful and maintenance is prompt. Water and sewage is included and the grounds are very clean. Pets are welcome and the neighbors are excellent. Some of the apartments can use upgrades but overall you will not find a better community.
