Management is very unprofessional. This is not a place for families. When you move in they cover up filth by spray painting and place things on top of it. There is so much crime and violence in King Commons and of course management post flyers about curfews and not hanging out in the environment, they don't do anything to enforce it. Bad news do not rent from them.

I am posting a rebutal written on 02/2008 because I feel that my previous review was harsh and out of line. During my stay at King Street Commons I did have a minor issues. However the management were very helpful with maintainence issues. I had a nice apartment. I would like to apologize for being too quick to judge the manager.
