Let it be know that all the positive reviews have been written by employees of Richmond Computer Guy. Travis Carper, the owner, directed his employees to write reviews to counter the negative reviews. Sad but true.

Check BBBratings before you use them. They did not complete a simple set up on my computer for wireless internet, and will not return phone call or e-mails. They are much higher than market prices for their services and were rated ""Best of Richmond"" in Richmond Magazine. Do not assume that accurately reflects their work.

Not only was the staff friendly and helpful but my computer hasn't run this well since it was new. I checked out some other places and they did seem slightly more expensive but I have a nice laptop and I didn't want just anyone messing with it. I took my laptop to richmond computer guy on main st. dropped it off on a friday and paid 200 to get them to tell me what was wrong with it, not fix it, just run tests on it.
