Nothing is super delicious here food wise, they just heat stuff up that other people have made. Gelato is hit or miss. A little slow and cramped. Excellent pie, excellent drinks, and the whole place has a great artistic vibe to it. One of my regular haunts in downtown Alex. The only thing that is ever a miss is that sometimes the pie has been unavailable, or the espresso machine was down. Other than that--it's got 1000% more character than Starbucks.

I've frequented this place before at the request of friends, but my go to is Misha's. Now I'll be directing our collective patronage elsewhere due the the extremely poor customer service and attitude of Killer ESP staff --
