Too bad I even have to give them one star. They tried to rip off my wife during a state inspection...said front brake pads needed replaced. She called me asking what to do as they wanted a ridiculous amount to replace them. What she didn't know was that I had installed new pads just two weeks earlier. Higest prices in the area for oil changes without notification of price changes, worse customer service

For over a year I took our cars for oil change to Kibler's Garage. I always paid 38.00 for a Ford truck but in the last service date, I was charged $48.00. Not even the Ford dealer charges that much. I pulled out the receipts for the previous oil change done at this same location and decided to talk to the manager to find out why they did not let me know about the change in price or at least to have a note in the office at the view of the customers advising of increase in price.
