No organizational skills at all

Workers looked confused N over whelmed. I had a take out order and had to ask for everything forks knives dipping sauce and still they didn't give me butter for the biscuts. French fries were cold and since I didn't remember to ask for ketchup I didn't get any. I won't be back.

I have gone here so many times and every time it takes forever to get your food. Never fails that even when no one is in line in front of you in the end you will be there 15 to 20 minutes.
