The staff at this KFC is great. They always got my drive through order correct. When I asked for something that was not on the menu, they accommodated. This is my favorite fast food place in Johnstown NY.

I drove all the way to kfc in johnstown ny and forgot my coupon. They honored it anyway. Extra crispy goodness! Great customer service! I'll be back for sure.

It was just like every other KFC we have been in. Nothing different - nothing special. We did not expect anything different. We were driving by and hungry.
