Poor customer service

This place sucks. Poor customer service and slow service in general. I brought in a few commercial locks for my building for important doors and it takes 2 days? Not even a call or anything about it or nothing after 1 whole day so i called and Mark says he hasnt even started on them? I know when locksmiths are busy but if im paying more than $10 a lock?! Next time I will go somewhere more professional.

My Dad became very ill and it appeared that he may not be with us much longer. We have a safe that had his Will and other important documents inside but we lost the key! I called these guys at Key...

As always we will quote a time frame for the job based on our current daily schedule. At the time our schedule was full for the day. We make it a practice not to quote an unrealistic time to complete a job.

Their customer service is something to be less desired. Very disorganized and unprofessional. Keys are never ready and if so usually some are wrong. When asked why they don't check their email they say "we're to busy".

Came here to get my key cut for my motorcycle. I was here around 3PM and got out around 350pm due to work. The guy who did all the main smithing and the lady who was at the desk did not...

Service was extremely fast! I was in and out in five minutes. The employee was quick to help me out. The price was pretty decent. Recommended if you need replica keys made
