We ate dinner at this restaurant (located inside of the Holiday Inn at 21st) once, and we liked it. Our waitress (I believe she was one of the evening supervisors), was very friendly, and the food was good— definitely better than we expected! Prices were good but the table was dirty and we had to ask the waitress to wipe it down. Service was not that speedy. We sat outside with a nice view of the ocean. I would go back again. I tghink the place is called Sip Sip though.
