They do very good work, but thought them to be VERY expensive, easily as high or higher than the car dealer shops I've used. They charge prices like you're in the NYC metro area or something! They're also not really a full service shop, for example, they don't do any AC work. Customer service is very poor because they don't seem like to answer questions about your car's repairs and will...

They do very good work BUT they are VERY pricey, as high or higher than a car dealership, and it also doesn't help that they DON'T accept credit cards. The combination of very high prices plus no credit cards rules them out for emergency, unexpected repairs. It isn't helped by Kent's attitude; they seem to dislike to be questioned on details of repairs both before and after the work is done. It's kind of a ""don't you dare question me!"" or ""go away; don't bother me with detailed questions"" attitude. they could use some lessons in customer service and relations. I do alot of my own...
