This apartent complex is a fraud and cover for illegal activity and crime. Mike Fye ownes the property and uses others as a cover for crime. Tenants are treating with little respect and rents increased 50 % in one year without notice. Avoid this apartment complex and you will avoid problems and heartache as well the destruction of your wealth.

I still live at Kensington Square, but not for long. I think Craig does her job mediocre at best. Here's some reasons why I wouldn't recommend Kensington Square:

I recently moved in and I think the customer service of the office staff is great! They went out of there way to accomedate me. The grounds are clean an well lit and I feel safe when leaving and entering my apartment.

DONT RENT FROM HERE, keep looking elsewhere. Managment is very RUDE and no respect for their military tennants. Everythin in the apartmt is always breaking. Even if you pay to live here and have a parking pass managment let's your car get towed from ur house UNACCAPTABLE!! There are COCKROACHES in my appartment, and BUGS EVERYWHERE. Managment charges excessive late fees id say I've paid $1100...

They got us in on a very short notice. The place was nicely clean when we moved in. Both Brandi and Jewl are the best management ever.
