These guys are great! I have a house they did too, but I am not a cry baby, all ac and heating are mechanical and yes thry fail, these guys came out more than once and only charged me for one trip, Great Service! Great Work! Great Plumbers!

They did the heating/air conditioning in my house in Rio Rancho built in 2009. The AC did not work from the start. They sent a guy who badmouthed his coworker, the original installer, and then spent four hours fixing it, mostly on the phone to someone who was telling him how to fix it! It worked one summer, is dead again this spring. The receptionist is brusque if not rude and does not return...

I had called Ken’s Plumbing and explained my problem to them over the phone. They made it sound like they new exactly what the problem was and said they would call me back.
