unless your there to drink , this place sucks. the menu is small . i have been in there a few times and its all greasy and fried. the bar is excellent!!!
The food is good but the wheelchair access is very limited. There is no access to the smoking section or to the new patio.There are several steps leading to the smoking section and to access the patio you would have to go through the smoking section or go through the gate outside which also has a step up. There is no option for wheelchair users to dine on the patio could be easily fixed with a ramp. They will seat you in the non-smoking section but this area is not very large and could not accommodate several wheelchairs at the same time.
Not impressed with Kelly's dinner offerings. Ordered the sirloin steak and it was cold and grisley. The baked potato was not done completely and had to be returned because it too was cold. Really good calimari!
Mmmm good food! Friendly and attentive service from the staff. The mixed drinks are awesome!! The lights are dim so it makes for a lovely comfortable experience.
Great place to stop in for lunch. Chicken sandwich is good along with their choices of burgers. Recommend them.
My husband and I were so glad to know that when Kelly's Tavern closed in Pembroke Mall, that they decided to relocate to Haygood Shopping Center.We ate there last Thurs. (Dec.19th). Aside from the horrific service and non clean bathrooms, can only imagine anything else. Late greet and ticket times and fruit flies all over the bar. Silver is spotty and doesn't get polished, and the servers touch the part of silverware where you eat and don't use gloves prior to rolling them for the guest. One of the kitchen staff...
The hot crab dip is always a good way to start and their burgers are mainly what they are noted for. I go to the Great Bridge location in Chesapeake - great sunset views!
