Since then, we've grown to become a locals' favorite across Hampton Roads with 7 locations in Virginia Beach, Norfolk, Chesapeake and Newport News. Good burgers, but service is beyond slow. Atmosphere doesn't make up for the super-long waits. No Frill has better food, Colley Cantina is more fun.

This place keeps it short and to the point. I love it!!! The staff is great and the food is great. I just moved to Norfolk and it is the best burger or hot dog I have ever had in my whole life!!!!!

The food is pretty good but some of the waitresses have Severe attitude problems. You would least expect that especially when you're 8 months pregnant right?! I experienced a waitress that not only kept leaning the hot food a little too close to my face but she practically threw the food on the table in front of me!! Again, Kelly's has good food but the customer service dissuaded me from returning.

Good burger, good wings, okay fries (loaded fries were pretty good) our waitress was okay. Not the best meal I've ever had but it was good & there was no wait so that made it that much better!...

Terrible meal today at Kelly's on Colley. Fries tasted like cardboard and hard. Hamburger was tasteless and tough. Bun burnt. Overall a bad meal. Won't be going back there again. Used to be one...

Foods average but the DJ and staff made a big deal about my birthday at karaoke. It was also my waitress birthday and she sang her heart out. Would come back just for the atmosphere!

What has happened to this original location?! We used to come here all the time years ago when I worked in the area. You were always guaranteed a great burger and friendly service. Not anymore...
