It's easy to come in and feel at home. The service is professional, they listen and its easy to talk to them. They take care of all of my needs. Good experience. I have hearing aids from Ascent Audiology McLean-Rockville. They have very good service. I haven't had to wait long for visits, they're generally very accommodating about getting me in, and I haven't had too many visits because everything has been handled professionally. It's been a good experience.

A very good overall experience. I have been well taken care of. I can hear things that I have not been able to hear for a very long time. I play a banjo and can hear the complex harmonics that the strings make when I wear the hearing aids. When I don't wear them the sound is more of a thunk. My family notices that I can hear the TV without driving them out of the room. The real reason I needed...

I am very happy to have the hearing aids. I feel more comfortable, takes a little longer because of a sinus infection. I really like them. And I would not want to be without them.Even when I'm early they do their best to see me as soon as possible. I am very satisfied with the hearing aid process. Happy that I found this place. I found information that I needed to improve my hearing and was able to discuss everything related to the problem that I did come for. My family insisted that I get a 2nd opinion. On the first appointment Dr Anzola made the hearing aids so much better that I had continued to see her on a regular basis
