This was a very nice gentleman a military man still in the National Guard he tells you like it is and the best way to resolve the issue without emptying the piggy bank. It is refreshing meeting some one with such great integrity and honesty. I would recommend Neil for any job [spray foam insulation] he can do for you he will not disappoint.
