DO NOT GO TO THIS DOCTOR. I scheduled an appointment, sent over MY info, and they waited until the afternoon of my appointment to tell me I wouldn't be able to be seen that day and they said they would send me over paperwork.

Instead of sending over paper work, THEY ACCIDENTALLY emailed me all of another patients personal information and scanned paperwork.

Very unprofessional, and scary to...
