We had used Kagel's in the past for air conditioning and had been extremely satisfied so when our furnace needed replacement we immediately went back to Kagel's. Our experience was incredibly good. Joe, the owner, is so easy to work with and his workers are extremely competent. I have terrible allergies and Joe worked with me until I felt better than ever.....installing a humidifier which helped me feel the best I ever have. He and his workers are incredibly conscientious, caring, and will stand behind whatever they do. My husband and I have never worked with such a good contractor. I recommend Kagels without any reservation.
