We had a horrible experience with K&R Concrete. Their customer service is awful. They never showed up when they said they were coming and it took them over 3 months to complete our patio that was only supposed to take 3 days. The finished product is not the right pattern or color. We are having to fix it ourselves or pay another contractor to fix it. I will never use K&R Concrete again,...

They were contracted to install a stamped concrete patio. The first attempt was so bad they had to rip it up. The second round was still not right, we came to terms to pay half of the contracted amount and are hiring another contractor to fix the mess we are left with.
