Overcharged/Slow Service

Place was not busy at all, but service was very slow. It took 2 hours and 20 minutes to have 1 tire installed. Almost all the service bays were open, they just weren't properly staffed. Also, installation was $5 more than what was quoted on the website. The site did say additional taxes may be required in some states, but this is not the case in NC.
