Horrible Customer Service!

I ordered a gift certificate on Thursday in anticipation of giving it as a gift the following Saturday. I explained I live out-of-town so I needed it mailed immediately. I called again the following Tuesday to check on it, and I was told it hadn't been done yet because they were "busy." No compensation for the inconvenience or ultimate disappointment that was caused by their unprofessional delay was offered. If you are planning something, do NOT use this business - If they are busy, they will not honor their agreement and only offer a half-hearted apology in return.

They make the best cupcakes in the area. The cake as well as the frosting and so flavorful. The staff is wonderful and though it's tucked away it's worth finding

Was in Va. Beach visiting my family. My niece took me around to do some shopping when we drove by Just Cupcakes. Of course we had to stop because they were on Cupcake wars and it was definitely worth it!!! We couldn't make up our mind so we got 4 different ones and shared them. Each one was delicious!! Yes...

The $3 cupcakes are small but piled high with frosting. They were very dry and crumbled when you ate them. I bought 6 (got one free with coupon) and threw away 4 of seven because they were just so dry. My daughter said that I made better cup cakes out of a box then the ones I bought from Just...

YUM! Don't know why they have such poor reviews. This place is great if you want a delicious cupcakes. The few times I've been in, there has always been a line. They also sell out quickly and their cupcakes are fresh daily!
