I had an appointment with the owner of the salon for box braids. Initially the appointment started off good. She got started immediately and was quick. Within an hour a walk in cane in and requested micros this is when it took a turn. I went to the shop with picture in hand as to how I wanted my hair. Of course I was assured that she could do it; just simple twist in a bob shape. Well when she finished it was NOTHING like the picture and I got a ton of excuses. Well your hair is too long, the twists only look small because they're new; give it a week or two, etc, etc. A week or two passed and the style ( if I could call it...

I had an awful experience at this shop. I got pixie braids and they told me they could catch my hair but couldn't , so my braids were very thin and some spots did not have braids at all. I spent 180 dollars, for an awful job. I cried because it was so horrible, and they refused to do it over.
