Reserved the day before. Confirmed with dispatcher 15 minutes before pick up time. Pick up time comes, no car. Dispatcher says 2 minutes. 5 minutes later no car, dispatcher gives lame excuse about car being stuck at drawbridge. Got an über 4 minutes later. Never saw the car I ordered.

Worst experience ever!!! I called at 7:56am for a car, specifically asked the the idiot dispatcher if there are any cars available in my area. The man said 5 minutes but the driver guy showed up at 8:15 am. I had to pay quadruple the amount because I didn't wanna be late for work. DO NOT USE THIS CAR …

I've used Jupiter car service several times now and I think they're great. I like that you can order in advance and get a text confirmation for the time and date of your pick-up. They've always been on time, the cars are clean, and the drivers are nice and professional. It's pretty reasonably priced from Brooklyn to the airport and most cars I've been in have taken credit cards. Thumbs up from me!
