Easy. I put my request into Home Advisor, saw the results and within minutes Rick and I were talking. Even though he was due to leave on a trip, he made time to come to our house. The job was scheduled to take about 6 hours, and they were gone without a trace.

We had 18 replacement windows installed in a "fixer-upper" just bought. The installers did a great job. They were fast, quiet and very efficient . The windows look great and we can notice less street noise, and hopefully we'll really notice the difference this winter:-) The score would have been 5/5 but one windows was ordered incorrectly.
