His crew was very polite and kept our site very clean through the process. We could not be more thrilled with our new backyard and even though JT's was the highest price we definatly got what we paid for. I have used JT since last Fall. I have found that they sell you a contract then try to upsell you ""necessary extra treatments"". The final straw was when the manager came to my site today to look at a mailbox at my neighbor's house that his tech had distroyed during a regular visit to my house. The manager took the time to walk my yard and tell me multiple times that I or a neighbor must have sprayed my yard with Round up to get the dead areas that I have. After I assured him that I did not spray anything, he continued to lay the blame on me and Round Up. If you want a company that takes...
