How refreshing it is to find a company that does exactly what it says it will. Joe was professional, courteous, and easy to work with. I would definitely use J.R.C. Home Improvements again. I had a roof leak in my utility area. I had Joe Carnes and his brother out and they assured me over and over about their quality and reliability. They gave me a poorly worded estimate and then did the work. They verbally communicated that they would remove the old shingles, repair the roof and replace it with a triple seal roof. They placed a rolled roof that doesn't match the rest of my roof over top of the old roof. They globed the glue on and did such poor quality that it is all but guaranteed to have the same issue in less than a years time. Now I am stuck having to hire a new contractor to remove their work and redo it. They charged me $2,300 to do a job that, if done properly, would not have cost more than $400. They saw an opportunity because I am a woman and a young homeowner that has never really dealt with major repairs. All I can say is shame on them!
