Prompt, courteous and professional. Nice guy, always gets the job done as quickly as he can.. although he usually has a waiting list.. so BEWARE WALK-INS (look at comment below) Also, JR never tries to up-sell me on the routine maintenance that I usually take care of myself, so It's always nice paying for what you asked for! Took some parts to our truck up there to be worked on at 930am, said oh it will be ready about 11. Left and returned at 1130, still wasn't done and was told to come back at lunch time. Came back up at 1215, shop is closed for an hour for lunch. I get people need lunch but don't tell us to waste our time and gas if you know you aren't going to be there.
